Qualifications

• Fluency in Korean and strong English for customer interactions.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical customer-facing pre-sales role.
• Experience building tools with AI and automation to solve problems.
• Solid understanding of web tech, internet security, and networking.
• Willingness to work in a revenue-aligned environment.
• Demonstrated curiosity and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced settings.
• Proven problem-solving with proactive issue diagnosis and solutions.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Korean field engineers and sales to design architectures and demos.
• Act as trusted technical advisor through onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
• Leverage AI to automate RFPs, provisioning, and telemetry tasks.
• Drive revenue-aligned expansion by translating usage into ROI signals for execs.
