Trinity-Consulting-Services-Pte.-Ltd. is seeking a seasoned network engineer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in CMDB and IT Service Management.

The role focuses on ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB reconciliation, and onboarding network infrastructure into ServiceNow, with strong emphasis on CMDB concepts and service mapping dependencies. The ideal candidate will possess robust networking fundamentals, fluency in securing data quality, and the ability to troubleshoot discovery and inventory

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5-8 years in network engineering/operations with exposure to CMDB and IT service management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB.
• Experience onboarding network infrastructure into ServiceNow.
• Good understanding of CMDB concepts, including CIs, CI classes, relationships, reconciliation, identification, and data quality.
• Experience with Service Mapping and understanding of infrastructure/service dependencies.
• Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and network management protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting network discovery and inventory/data-collection issues.
• Understanding of discovery credentials, probes, patterns, and MID Server concepts.
• Experience validating and reconciling infrastructure data across multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to identifying and resolving data-quality issues.
• Experience working within IT Service Management / Enterprise Service Management environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
