Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks an experienced Network Engineer to onboard network infrastructure into the ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management platform in Singapore. Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or operations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies (routing, switching, firewalls).
• Knowledge of CI relationships, CMDB data models, and data governance practices.
• Experience in Python or PowerShell scripting for automation is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
