Job summary

Cloudflare in Singapore is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive technical go-to-market with enterprise customers, owning the technical relationship from discovery to adoption and expansion. You will lead architecture design, demonstrations, and post-sale advisory across security, networking, and developer platforms.

The role requires hands-on coding in Python/JavaScript, excellent communication, and the ability to bridge business needs with product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role with quota responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of web security, networking and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to translate technical value to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with Account Executives and design bespoke architectures.
• Act as trusted advisor throughout customer lifecycle including renewal and expansion.
• Align long-term technical goals with Cloudflare product roadmap.
• Drive quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI.
• Utilize AI agents to automate tasks and accelerate advisory work.
