Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer to drive the technical go-to-market strategy as a trusted advisor from pre-sales through onboarding, deployment, and expansion. You will bridge technical strategy and business value for enterprise clients, guiding architecture decisions and driving measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will own adoption, monitor health, and coordinate across account executives to ensure seamless migrations and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to design and articulate enterprise network and security architectures.
• Strong communication and C-level engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation, discovery, and architecture mapping to Cloudflare solutions.
• Own onboarding, migration blueprints, and customer engineering collaboration.
• Drive commercial outcomes with quarterly business reviews and expansion strategies.
• Act as trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle, aligning architecture with business value.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Develop and share technical resources with internal teams and customers.
