Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or commercial management in IT/technology.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, team management, and enterprise client acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers, including enterprise clients and strategic accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align customer needs with solutions.
