Job summary

OpenAI, Inc. is seeking an enterprise GTM professional to partner with Account Directors on strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression across highly regulated industries in Singapore.

You will design outbound strategies and lead discovery to uncover business priorities and executive needs. You will build AI-enabled GTM workflows, demonstrate strong business-level communication, and show ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic customer-facing roles in finance or consulting.
• Experience selling into regulated or complex industries (Financial Services, Life Sciences, Retail).
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression.
• Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context and product signal to break into priority accounts.
• Lead high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities, map stakeholders, and assess enterprise readiness.
• Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and early competitive signals.
• Build and iterate on AI-enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/Agents) to scale prospecting and qualification.
