Job summary

Beyondsoft Singapore is seeking a Director, Head of New Business (AI) to establish and scale a new enterprise AI practice. You will recruit, organize, and empower a high-performing team, while shaping go-to-market and winning strategic client engagements.

This executive role requires deep AI/domain expertise, proven 0-to-1 growth experience, and the ability to lead end-to-end delivery across industries, partnering with global stakeholders to drive revenue and differentiation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience in IT consulting or technology services.
• Experience in AI, Data Analytics, or ML transformations is a plus.
• Deep domain expertise in a vertical sector (e.g., Telecom, Public Sector, Retail, Healthcare, Enterprise).
• Proven ability to build new business units from scratch (0-to-1) including resources and revenue.
• Ability to drive strategic advisory and manage senior client/partner relationships.
• Fluency in professional English and Mandarin to align with global partners and executives.

Responsibilities

• Establish, recruit, and scale a new AI business unit with full ownership of team and operations.
• Formulate go-to-market strategies for AI, Data, and Cloud transformation solutions.
• Engage C-level client stakeholders to deliver strategic advisory and lead end-to-end deal closures.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery for Enterprise Data & AI engagements with focus on excellence, milestones, client satisfaction, and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal delivery, cross-border stakeholders, and platform ecosystems to maximize co-sell opportunities.
