You will help develop new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and support the sales pipeline in a fast‑growing AI and cloud infrastructure space. This role targets candidates with 1–2 years in ICT/tech sales who are eager to advance their careers by working with senior sales leaders and technical teams across enterprise

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales experience in ICT, cloud, technology or related industries.
• Strong interest in AI infrastructure, cloud services, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related fields preferred.
• Business-level Chinese communication skills preferred to support regional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Business Development: Promote IDC rack resources, cloud infrastructure, and AI compute solutions to enterprise customers; support lead generation, client outreach, and sales pipeline development; maintain regular communication with customers and follow up on opportunities; prepare quotations and basic sales documentation.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners; understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to support; provide timely follow-up and basic after-sales support.
• Market & Team Support: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within IDC and AI infrastructure market; support sales campaigns, events, and partner activities; work closely with the sales manager and technical teams to support ongoing projects.
