Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience with a proven record of achievement.
• Must be flexible and available on weekends.
• Possesses a strategic mindset and strong critical thinking skills in various sales situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly goal-driven, able to focus and prioritise tasks that drive centre growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, enrolment, and lead-conversion targets, along with other growth-related goals set by management.
• Mentor and develop team members through effective on-the-ground sales guidance to ensure they meet individual and team targets.
