Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking a Centre Manager who can lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives to drive centre growth and enrolments in Singapore. You will conduct outbound sales calls, achieve monthly targets, mentor staff, handle inquiries, and stage events to convert leads while maintaining high service quality.

This role requires strong organization, sales sense, and English fluency; weekend work is required and you will join a vibrant, supportive culture with development

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer service; at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Able to work retail hours and on weekends.
• Strong leadership, adaptability, and English proficiency; bilingual an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing sales calls daily.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, sales/enrolment and conversion targets.
• Mentor team members to meet targets.
• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly.
• Conduct sales events to drive leads and conversions.
• Retain customers through problem solving and uphold service quality.
• Ensure centre growth by providing excellent customer service and minimize turnover.
• Manage and plan teacher growth to meet monthly targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• General administration.
