Job summary

A company in education is hiring a candidate to guide primary school children and ensure they complete their homework. The role includes maintaining teaching resources, building relationships with children and parents, and conducting unique enrichment programmes. Candidates should be passionate about education and capable of managing individual children's progress. Ad-hoc duties may also be assigned by the Centre Director. Responsibilities

• Implement the program in accordance with policies and guidelines.
• Guide primary school children to ensure completion of daily homework.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and address individual needs.
• Prepare and maintain teaching resources and classroom environment.
• Build relationships with children and parents.
• Conduct MindChamps unique enrichment programmes.
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students.
• Follow any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

• Implement the program for the class inaccordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of thecentre.
• Guide primary school children (primary 1 to6) to ensure completion of daily homework
• Keep accurate records of children’sprogress and address each child’s educational and developmental needs onan individual basis to the best of your ability.
• Responsible for the preparation and upkeepof teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment ofthe classroom.
• Maintain and build relationships withchildren and parents.
• Conduct MindChamps unique enrichmentprogrammes.
• Being an inspiring role model with acreative spirit and a champion (positive) mindset.
• Ensure safety and timely transfer ofstudents from school to student centre
• Ensure safety of children within thepremise
• Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Director
