Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities.
  • Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works.
  • Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.
  • Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.
  • Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
  • Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works.
  • Plan and develop the technical officer skills.
  • Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule
  • Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good house keeping.
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Any other tasks, as and when required by the immediate manager.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Air-conditioning / Building Services or its equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of post-graduation working experience in similar facilities and SIC trained. Hardworking and able to multi-task.
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
