Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide user support across IT to maximize business benefit from IT systems.
Offer desktop/LAN/WiFi support and service for business applications.
Perform system changes and developments to company systems per standards and timelines.
Install standard desktop/laptop images to a defined standard.
Configure hardware/software for user desktops to meet business needs.
Troubleshoot hardware/software, conduct routine maintenance and admin duties.
Support IT projects and liaise with external support teams.
Address technical queries and maintain service levels and documentation.
