Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support and operations services.
• Triage and troubleshoot laptop/desktop, email, and software issues.
• Provide helpdesk service for users' enquiries and issue reporting via phone and email.
• Assess issues and escalate to appropriate teams within SLA.
• Familiar with networking and provide 1st/2nd line support.
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team.
