You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, manage escalations, and help with testing and readiness exercises. The role requires strong communication and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of EUC/End-User Computing support experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end users and troubleshoot incidents.
• Resolve high-priority incidents and provide solutions.
• Coordinate escalated incidents and prioritize tasks with timely updates.
• Advise with internal teams and vendors on technical inquiries.
• Coordinate support for exercises and ensure readiness tests are completed on time.
• Manage ad-hoc hardware/software testing and share workarounds.
• Process, follow up, and close service requests within SLA.
