NCS Pte Ltd, a leading AI Tech Services company, seeks an Operations Support Executive for End User Computing in Singapore. You will provide end-user support, manage incidents, and ensure stable IT operations across client platforms. The role includes troubleshooting, SLA monitoring, and supporting platform upgrades.

The ideal candidate has iOS/Android familiarity, strong communication, and 1+ years of technology administration experience. Diploma in IT is advantageous.

Competenze

• Diploma in an IT-related discipline is preferred.
• 1+ year technology administration experience.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android devices is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide end-user support for client platforms and manage incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot client platform issues and offer temporary/permanent solutions.
• Monitor SLAs and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Document configurations and generate operational reports.
• Assist with platform implementation and upgrade projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and issue resolution.
• Perform IT asset management and manage user accounts.
• Support local server administration for software distribution and patching.
