Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a capable End-User Computing (EUC) Support Analyst to deliver frontline and escalation support to users across the organization in Singapore. You will troubleshoot incidents, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure timely updates while maintaining service levels.

You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring meticulous multitasking, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude to resolve issues efficiently and keep business operations running

Qualifications

• EUC experience required or preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
• Resolve high-priority incidents and provide solutions.
• Coordinate and provide solutions for escalated incidents, prioritizing tasks and updating users.
• Advise and coordinate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders on technical enquiries and resolutions.
• Coordinate support for seasonal exercises, ensure connectivity and application readiness tests are completed on time.
• Manage ad-hoc hardware and software testing with internal and external parties, sharing workarounds and solutions for escalated issues.
• Process, follow up, and close service requests within SLA, ensuring required information is provided and advising stakeholders on impact assessments.
• Perform folder management tasks including creation, deletion, and modification based on service requests.
