Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments for employees. The role covers input processing, verification, and regulatory reporting within a healthcare-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in HRM/Business Admin/Accountancy and at least two years of payroll experience, with strong data accuracy and deadline management. This is an on-site role in Singapore with a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accountancy or related course.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Ability in managing multiple payroll deadlines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring salaries are calculated accurately and paid within scheduled timelines.
• Process payroll inputs: new hires, resignations, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions and salary adjustments.
• Perform payroll verification, reconciliation and pre-payroll checks for data accuracy.
• Assist with CPF contributions, IRAS reporting and other regulatory submissions.
• Respond to employees' payroll enquiries with clear explanations on salary matters.
• Prepare payroll reports, journals and reconciliation statements for Finance month-end.
• Support HRMS and payroll system migration including data validation and testing.
• Assist with post-implementation stabilisation and resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
• Perform other payroll and HR admin duties as assigned.
