Job summary

Talentsis is seeking a Payroll professional to join our team in Singapore. You will process end-to-end payroll for large headcounts, ensure HRIS to payroll data accuracy, and coordinate with HR partners to gather inputs for payroll elements.

You will also identify data issues and propose system improvements to boost efficiency. You will handle CPF/NS submissions, leave claims, travel/dental claims, and provide payroll GL data for reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O’ Levels, A’ Levels or Diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll and/or claims processing, preferably with knowledge of SAP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, minimally Intermediate level.
• Individuals with customer-facing experience will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team to process payroll for multiple cycles (main & off-cycle).
• Ensure data interfaced from HR Information System to the Payroll System is accurate for timely salary pay-outs.
• Provide feedback and highlight improvements to systems to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Process end-to-end payroll for an organisation with headcount of 500+ (including pro-rating for new hires/resignees, submission of CPF, NS, Leave claims, and processing of claims).
• Coordinate with HR business partners to retrieve data for relevant pay elements.
• Investigate data inaccuracies in payroll systems and report to managers/clients; highlight improvements and solutions.
• Audit: maintain secured archival of payroll files for audits.
• Communicate queries from employees/clients professionally to achieve positive customer experience.
