Job summary

ST Engineering eServ in Singapore is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join a team responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees, ensuring accurate data transfer from HRIS to the Payroll System and timely salary disbursements. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma, has at least 3 years of payroll/claims processing experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate).

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll and/or claims processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, minimally Intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for 500+ employees, including data accuracy and timely salary disbursements.
• Coordinate with HR to retrieve data and inputs for pay elements.
• Investigate data discrepancies and report to managers/clients with recommended improvements.
• Maintain secure archival of payroll files to support audits.
• Provide clear responses to queries raised by employees and clients.
