Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented HR payments professional to support healthcare operations for a 3-month contract based at One North. The role focuses on accurate processing of payments, reimbursements, and related documentation, with a need to meet strict timelines and confidentiality requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in HR or related field, 1–2 years’ healthcare experience, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to handling high-volume tasks

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or Business related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in healthcare.
• Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR-related payment processing activities accurately and timely.
• Ensure data is entered correctly into relevant systems and maintain documentation.
• Check and verify supporting documents before processing and escalate discrepancies.
• Receive, sort, file and maintain HR payment-related documents.
• Follow guidelines, policies and legislative requirements for HR processing.
• Monitor tasks to ensure service standards are met and flag delays.
• Liaise with internal teams or external stakeholders for missing information.
• Assist with ad hoc duties or projects as directed.
