Job summary

Persol Singapore is seeking an HR Payments Associate to manage high-volume HR-related payments, reimbursements, manpower billing and honorarium for healthcare clients. You will ensure data accuracy, proper documentation and timely processing in relevant systems.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in HR or business, has 1–2 years healthcare experience, is proficient with Excel, maintains confidentiality and thrives under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to handle data confidentiality and high-volume tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and organized working style.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR-related payment processing activities accurately and timely.
• Ensure data is entered correctly into relevant systems and maintain records.
• Check and verify supporting documents before processing.
• Receive, sort, file and maintain HR payment-related documents.
• Follow guidelines, policies and legislative requirements when processing.
• Monitor tasks to ensure service standards and escalate issues.
• Liaise with internal teams or external stakeholders when needed.
• Assist with simple operational or administrative tasks.
