We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join SINCERE HEALTHCARE GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, maintain records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

The role requires 2–3 years of payroll experience, knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF and tax rules, and proficiency with Excel and payroll software. You will collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure timely salary disbursement and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, payroll management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations and tax compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
• Administer payroll-related matters including salary adjustments, overtime, allowances, bonuses, deductions, unpaid leave and final salary payments.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and confidential employee data.
• Handle employee tax-related matters, including IR21 for foreign employees where applicable.
• Reconcile payroll reports and perform checks before salary disbursement.
• Assist with annual payroll activities including IR8A, AIS submissions and year-end reporting.
• Liaise with Finance, HR and external service providers on payroll matters.
• Support payroll audits and provide relevant reports and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and internal controls.
• Perform other HR-related duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
