Job summary

Alternative Selection Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations in Singapore. The role covers recruitment, employee administration, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain records, prepare contracts, coordinate onboarding, assist with payroll, handle queries, and support engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR or related field; 1 year HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, payroll and employee relations.
• Strong communication, organizational and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and confirmations.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
• Assist with monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave, claims, and benefits.
• Handle employee queries and support HR policies and workplace matters.
• Monitor attendance and leave records.
• Support performance appraisal and employee development.
• Assist in organizing engagement activities and company events.
• Ensure HR policies are implemented.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Assist with statutory and regulatory requirements relating to employment.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management when required.
• Any other tasks as assigned by your line manager from time to time.
