• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring across diverse functions and seniority.
• Knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling information.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future staffing needs.
• Manage employee lifecycle matters, including employment contracts, compensation and benefits administration, leave management, and personnel records.
• Coordinate performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters, including performance concerns, disciplinary cases, and staff welfare.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, immigration requirements, and internal policies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in handling employee and family-related information.
