Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• Exposure to employee relations and HR operations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organisational and people management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to manage multiple HR matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and site HR activities in line with business requirements and organisational objectives.
• Support recruitment activities and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
• Administer and implement HR policies, procedures and people initiatives.
• Provide HR guidance, coaching and support to managers and employees on employee-related matters.
• Manage employee relations cases, including concerns, grievances, investigations and workplace issues.
• Ensure follow-up, documentation and resolution of employee relations matters.
