Job summary

TDCX in Singapore is hiring for a customer service role to attend to phone and email inquiries from the public, deliver timely, professional support, and maintain high customer satisfaction by following established guidelines.

You’ll work from our Chai Chee, Bedok East office, 8am–5:30pm or 8:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with comprehensive medical coverage, world-class facilities, and monthly KPI incentives that reward performance. Training provided up to four weeks.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level/ A Level or Diploma required.
• 2 years in contact centre or service industry preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office with good keyboard skills.
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy toward customers.
• Strong time management and goal orientation.
• Fluent in English and local market language.

Responsibilities

• Attend to phone-in enquiries and/or emails from the public.
• Resolve enquiries in timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools and procedures to enhance workflow.
• Deliver services to ensure highest customer satisfaction with proper procedures.
• Handle and manage escalation issues proficiently.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Perform duties to support continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
