Job summary

TDCX Singapore is looking for a customer service specialist to join our Bukit Panjang team. You will handle phone and email inquiries from the public, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction using the proper procedures.

We offer a structured training period, a five-day workweek, and a basic monthly salary with incentives up to S$200. Diploma holders with strong English communications are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field required.
• At least 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and multiple computer systems.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend to phone and email inquiries from the public.
• Resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to improve workflow and customer experience.
• Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction per procedures.
• Handle escalations efficiently and build sustainable relationships with customers.
• Perform other duties to support the Quality Management System.
