Job summary

TDCX in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver excellent service to partner brands. You will handle phone and email inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide feedback to improve workflows.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma, 2 years of experience, strong time management, MS Office skills, and excellent written and spoken English. The role is based in Cashew, five days a week 8:00–17:30, with a monthly base salary plus up to S$200 in incentives; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least the Diploma in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Strong time management skills and is motivated to exceed expectations.
• Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent keyboard skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.

Responsibilities

• Attend to phone-in enquires and/or emails and correspondences from the Public.
• Resolve enquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Provide constructive feedbacks on tool, resources, procedures and guideline to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
• Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedure.
• Handling and managing of escalation issues in a proficient manner.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
