Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd invites applications for an entry to mid-level role within the People Experience team. You will support employee engagement initiatives, staff wellbeing programmes, and internal events while collaborating with multiple teams and external vendors.

You will help craft communications, coordinate event logistics, and ensure timely follow-up and feedback responses to enhance the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Events Management, Communications or related discipline.
• Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Confident liaising with internal stakeholders, vendors and external service providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of employee engagement and staff wellbeing programmes.
• Develop concepts and proposals for internal events, including activities, budgets, timelines and implementation plans.
• Coordinate assigned events from planning to execution, including logistics, stakeholder coordination, vendor liaison and post-event follow-up.
• Provide on-site support during staff events and engagement activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure programmes are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
• Create and coordinate promotional and communication materials for staff programmes and events.
• Monitor and respond to staff enquiries and feedback received through designated communication channels.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure enquiries and requests are followed up appropriately.
• Support staff wellbeing initiatives, including registrations, vendor arrangements, procurement/payment processes and record keeping.
• Assist with the management and enhancement of staff recreational facilities, including the Staff Lounge and Staff Gym.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience and workplace wellbeing.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for Employee Engagement, staff wellness and process improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate programme documentation and records.
• Support other People Experience / L&D projects and duties as assigned.]
