Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated HR professional to join the People Experience team in Singapore. You will help design and run employee engagement programmes, staff wellbeing initiatives, and internal events, while supporting corporate communications.

You'll coordinate events from planning to execution, liaise with vendors and internal teams, and manage admin tasks to enhance the overall employee experience in a dynamic workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Events Management, Communications or a related discipline.
• Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Confident liaising with internal stakeholders, vendors and external service providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of employee engagement and staff wellbeing programmes.
• Develop concepts and proposals for internal events, including activities, budgets, timelines and implementation plans.
• Coordinate assigned events from planning to execution, including logistics, stakeholder coordination, vendor liaison and post-event follow-up.
• Provide on-site support during staff events and engagement activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure programmes are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
• Create and coordinate promotional and communication materials for staff programmes and events.
• Monitor and respond to staff enquiries and feedback received through designated communication channels.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure enquiries and requests are followed up appropriately.
• Support staff wellbeing initiatives, including registrations, vendor arrangements, procurement/payment processes and record keeping.
• Assist with the management and enhancement of staff recreational facilities, including the Staff Lounge and Staff Gym.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience and workplace wellbeing.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for Employee Engagement, staff wellness and process improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate programme documentation and records.
• Support other People Experience / L&D projects and duties as assigned.
