Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a People Experience professional in Singapore to support the planning, promotion and implementation of staff engagement and wellbeing programmes. You will develop event proposals, manage activities within budget and timelines, and coordinate with vendors for smooth delivery.

The role involves end-to-end event management, stakeholder coordination, and creating promotional materials for staff programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with planning employee engagement or wellbeing initiatives is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal promotion and events.
• Proficient in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, promotion, and implementation of staff wellbeing and engagement programmes.
• Develop proposals including objectives, activities, budgets, timelines, and plans for events.
• Manage end-to-end events from pre-event to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of activities.
• Create promotional materials for staff programmes and events.
• Address staff inquiries via wellbeing mailbox and coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Assist in administration of staff wellbeing initiatives including procurement and record-keeping.
• Support management of staff facilities (Staff Lounge, Staff Gym) and related amenities.
• Provide coordination support for employee engagement and wellness projects and ad-hoc tasks.
