Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR generalist to support employees, partner with business leaders and drive initiatives to enhance workplace experience. This role covers HR operations, employee relations and engagement across the organisation.

You will collaborate with hiring teams, manage confidential information and contribute to process improvements in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business, psychology or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant HR experience, ideally covering HR operations and employee relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Careful handling of confidential information with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR activities and provide timely support for operational and employee-related matters.
• Work with hiring teams on recruitment coordination and support manpower planning activities.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures and employee-focused programmes.
• Act as a key HR contact for managers and supervisors, providing guidance on people-related matters and workplace concerns.
• Handle employee relations cases, including grievances, feedback, workplace concerns and investigations, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities that encourage a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Identify gaps in existing HR processes and recommend practical improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders on people initiatives and operational improvements.
