Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a People Experience professional to support employee engagement and staff wellbeing initiatives in our Singapore team. You will plan and promote internal events, develop concepts with budgets and timelines, and manage activities from pre-event to post-event evaluation.

The role involves coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, creating promotional materials, handling staff inquiries, and supporting process improvements across wellbeing and facilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin, Events Management or Communications.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with digital communication and design tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, promotion and implementation of employee engagement and staff wellbeing programmes.
• Develop proposals and concepts for internal events and engagement activities with budgets and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end internal events from planning to post-event follow-up.
