Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a People Experience coordinator to support employee engagement and staff wellbeing programmes at Jurong Hospital in Singapore. You will plan, promote and implement engagement activities, manage events end-to-end and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required, with familiarity in design tools an advantage. This role supports staff facilities and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Events Management, Communications or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital communication and design tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote and implement employee engagement and wellbeing programmes.
• Develop proposals for internal events, including objectives, activities, budgets, timelines and plans.
• Manage internal events end-to-end: pre-event planning, vendor liaison, logistics, communications and evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
• Create and coordinate promotional materials for staff programmes and events.
• Support staff enquiries and feedback via the wellbeing mailbox; coordinate follow-up with stakeholders.
• Assist administration of staff wellbeing initiatives: coordination, vendor arrangements, procurement, records and communications.
• Support management and enhancement of staff facilities and recreational amenities.
• Provide admin and coordination support for Employee Engagement and wellbeing projects.
