Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a People Experience coordinator to assist in planning, promoting and implementing employee engagement and wellbeing programmes. You will develop proposals for internal events, manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and create promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Events Management, Communications or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with digital communication and design tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, promotion and implementation of employee engagement and staff wellbeing programmes.
• Develop proposals and concepts for internal events, including objectives, activities, budget, timelines and plans.
• Manage assigned internal events end to end: pre-event planning, stakeholder coordination, vendor liaison, logistics, communications and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery of engagement activities.
• Create and coordinate promotional materials for staff programmes and events.
• Support staff enquiries and wellbeing mailbox coordination and follow-ups.
• Assist with administration and delivery of staff wellbeing initiatives, including procurement and record keeping.
• Support management of staff facilities and recreational amenities like Staff Lounge and Gym.
• Provide administrative support for engagement, wellness and process improvement projects.
