Databricks AsiaPac Unified Analytics PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Executive to drive new logo and expansion opportunities within Digital Native startups across ASEAN.

You will engage both technical and business buyers, translating cloud data/AI capabilities into tangible business value and accelerating decision-making. You will report to the Senior Manager of Emerging Enterprise & DNB and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals and grow the footprint across Singapore and SEA

Qualifications

3+ years of Digital Native Startups Sales experience exceeding quotas.
Experience in a consumption-based sales motion.
Experience driving cloud software, open source tech, or Data/AI sales.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage all buying centers within assigned accounts.
Drive solution-based selling to create customer value.
Navigate between technical and business buyers to connect challenges to value.
Close quick wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles.
Forecast and track customer details in Salesforce and contribute to territory planning.
