Job summary

Databricks is hiring a DNB Geo Hunter Account Executive to drive growth in Digital Native Startup accounts across Singapore/SEA. You will initiate, progress, and close deals by linking cloud data/AI value to business outcomes, coordinating with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud teams as needed. This is a customer-focused, fast-moving role in ASEAN.

You will report to the Sr. Manager, Emerging Enterprise & DNB and work with cross-functional teams to maximize Databricks impact in the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Digital Native Startups Sales experience exceeding quotas, covering Singapore/SEA accounts or territory.
• Experience in consumption-based sales motion and cloud software.
• Proven closing ability and alignment with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy to engage buying centers and close new logo accounts.
• Navigate between technical and business buyers to articulate value.
• Track opportunities, next steps, and forecast in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals in ASEAN.
