In this role, you will pursue Digital Native Startup accounts across Singapore and the broader ASEAN region, guiding conversations to value and closing deals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, map buying centers, and drive adoption of usage-based solutions with partners like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Digital Native Startup Sales experience across Singapore/SEA.
• Experience in a consumption-based sales motion.
• Strong closing experience and evidence of exceeding sales quota.
• Experience selling cloud software / data & AI space.
• Experience co-selling with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud teams.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes (MEDDPICC, value/discovery selling).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess accounts and develop a strategy to engage all buying centers.
• Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for new logo accounts.
• Switch between technical stakeholder and business buyer personas to map challenges to business value.
• Identify and close quick wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles.
• Track customer details including projects, purchase time frames, next steps in Salesforce.
• Map whitespace opportunity across defined territory to identify viable use cases.
• Collaborate with teams to maximize ecosystem impact and drive negotiations to close.
• Deliver value with engagements to promote successful outcomes using the Databricks platform.
