Job summary

Databricks, the Data and AI company, is seeking a Startup Hunter Account Executive to drive new business across ASEAN. You will engage startup and mid-market accounts, articulate Databricks value, and guide deals through a defined sales methodology.

You will report to the Sr. Manager, Emerging Enterprise & DNB and work with cross‑functional teams to close deals and accelerate customer value realization.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of startup/emerging enterprise sales with quota attainment.
• Experience in a consumption-based sales motion.
• Proven ability to close complex deals and exceed quotas.
• Experience selling cloud software / data & AI solutions.
• Experience co-selling with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Identify buying centers within accounts and develop a strategy to engage them.
• Lead solution-based selling and create business value for new logo accounts.
• Articulate product value to customers and partners to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close new business and grow ASEAN accounts.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and track opportunities in Salesforce.
