Job summary

Databricks in Singapore seeks an enterprise sales professional to lead selling across ASEAN, expanding customer vision and compressing decision cycles. You will pursue new and existing accounts, articulate cloud data platform value, and guide deals with executives and partners.

You will report to the Director of Enterprise Sales and drive territory plans, manage pipeline, and ensure customer satisfaction with a solution-based approach.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to CIOs, IT executives, and program managers in enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas in ASEAN/APAC markets.
• Ability to articulate complex cloud technologies and business value.

Responsibilities

• Present a territory plan within the first 90 days.
• Close both new and existing accounts while managing complex sales cycles.
• Track customer details (use case, timelines,Next steps) in Salesforce and forecast accordingly.
