Job summary

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital is seeking a Patient Service Associate Executive to support the Emergency Department. The role includes reception, patient registration, admissions, payment collection and ensuring PDPA compliance, while maintaining service standards.

You will liaise with nurses and doctors, assist with admission paperwork, provide financial counseling and participate in process improvements and staff training as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: at least N level/ITE/Diploma.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• One year as Team Leader.
• Two years working experience advantageous.
• Basic PC knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Reception, registration, admissions and payment collection duties.
• Attend to patients and visitors at the counter and handle inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of patients information and service standards.
• Coordinate with nurses and doctors to manage wait times and admissions paperwork.
• Assist in data collection, process improvements and staff training.
