Job summary

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital is seeking an administrative clerk to welcome patients and visitors, handle enquiries, and manage admissions, discharges and billing. You will coordinate endoscopy bookings, verify Medisave and insurance details, and ensure proper filing of case notes for next-day procedures.

The role requires morning and afternoon shifts, good communication skills, and basic computer literacy within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level, ITE NITEC, ITE Higher NITEC or Diploma.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of computer.
• Relevant working experience will be advantageous.
• Able to perform morning and afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients and visitors at the counter and assist enquiries.
• Perform registration, admissions, discharge and provide financial counseling.
• Check and update endoscopy procedures using ENDOSys and coordinate bookings.
• Collect payment for services and ensure billing entries are accurate.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and assist in filing/case notes.
