Woodlands Health is seeking a Patient Service Associate Executive to deliver exceptional patient experiences in the Emergency Department. You will guide patient registration, admissions and discharge while maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.

Formación

• GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Professional Certificate or Diploma qualification.
• Relevant healthcare, customer service or administrative experience will be an advantage.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using technology and healthcare information systems.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Exceptional Patient Experience: Frontline ambassador, guide registration, admissions and discharge, communicate waiting times, handle concerns and promote patient-centred culture.
• Manage Patient Administration: Register and verify patient information, maintain records, process admissions/transfers/discharges, ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Oversee Billing and Financial Administration: Collect charges, explain subsidies and payment options, issue receipts, update subsidy status and ensure billing compliance.
• Support Clinical Operations: Screen patients, route infectious and non-infectious patients, assist with mobility and self-service registration, document vitals and provide basic education.
• Lead Frontline Operations: Supervise Patient Service Associates, roster planning, coaching, monitor performance, handle complex situations and drive workflow improvements.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure readiness of counters/resources, support continuity and audits, participate in projects improving patient experience and efficiency.
