Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a Patient Service Associate to support the Emergency Department’s frontline operations, registrations, and billing in a fast-paced setting.

You will coordinate appointments, manage calls and emails, and prepare medical documents for doctors’ review while assisting admissions and patient inquiries as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Diploma, NITEC/Higher NITEC in any discipline.
• Prior experience in customer service, frontline operations or a fast-paced work environment would be advantageous.
• Able to perform 3 rotating shifts on a 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A good team player who is able to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Comfortable using IT systems and applications.
• Able to remain composed, organised and responsive in a busy Emergency Department environment.
