Job summary

Woodlands Hospital in Singapore is seeking a Patient Service Associate Executive for the Emergency Department to lead frontline patient experiences and ensure smooth admissions, registrations and discharge processes in a high-pressure environment.

You will supervise a team, coordinate rosters, support billing, clinical operations and infection prevention, and collaborate with clinicians to maintain care quality, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills with patients and teams.
• Experience leading frontline staff or teams preferred.
• Strong sense of accountability, confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Patient Service Associates to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and roster planning for adequate service coverage.
• Provide coaching and training to frontline staff and monitor performance.
• Manage patient registration, admissions, transfers and discharge processes with accuracy.
• Support billing, subsidies and payment processing in line with hospital policies.
• Assist clinical operations, infection prevention, and patient flow optimisation.
