Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately and confirm delivery dates.
• Process weekly rescheduling requests and backlog reconciliation.
• Communicate and proactively address potential delinquent deliveries.
• Assist in inventory planning to optimize supply availability.
• Manage customer shipment requests and expedite orders to meet urgent delivery needs.
• Prepare and send weekly backlog and reschedule reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up to ensure timely payment collection.
