Job Summary

Your key role is to support the Sales Team on all aspects of customer support in the fast-paced, high-growth electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately and confirm delivery dates
• Process weekly rescheduling requests and backlog reconciliation

Requirements

Preferably working 2~3 years of customer service experience in electronics components business.
Minimum O level English and Mathematics.

Computer literate in MS Excel, MS Word and using ERP software
Must be able to pay attention to details
