Job summary

FUTURE ELECTRONICS INC. (DISTRIBUTION) PTE LTD is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Singapore to coordinate sales support and service activities in line with internal processes.

The role focuses on ensuring timely shipments and accurate backlog management while supporting the sales branches with day-to-day guidance. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or equivalent, has at least 2 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of air and ocean transportation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day customer service operations to support pre- and post-shipment activities.
• Manage customer backlog to ensure on-time delivery and backlog integrity.
• Assist CSS management by providing daily operational guidance to the team.
• Weekly backorder report reviews within 48–72 hours.
• Support Sales in managing pre/post shipment processes and reporting.
